Returns

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges for incorrect or damaged orders. However, since my products are made especially for you after you place your order, and I do not keep any inventory, I am unable to accept returns if the order is correct and undamaged. Thank you for understanding and helping out a small business! Please email me at ashlee@leeleearts.com within 14 days of delivery and let me know the issue, as well as provide a photo of the damaged item. 

If return shipping is needed, the costs are your responsibility. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item is exchanged, we will pay for the new item to be shipped to you.
